Customers are not permitted to stand drinks on any equipment as this may result in staining and water damage. Any damage to PWC’s equipment caused by drinks or glasses will incur a charge. Missing items or damaged items (ie. Artificial flowers, Personalised signage disc, or misc props) will be charged at the full replacement value, we will not accept any substitute replacements.

– Deposit & Payment
Damage Security Deposit (Refundable)
If the Equipment is returned to us in bad repair, damaged, unclean or defective in any way then we are entitled to retain any security deposit which may have been paid by you to repair and/or replace the Equipment. You are liable for any additional costs that we may incur in repairing, cleaning or replacing the Equipment.
LATE Return of Equipment
The security deposit will NOT be refunded if the equipment is returned after the pre--agreed date of return.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason your returnable security deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
You may reschedule your hire booking, subject to date availability - this must be agreed 48 hours before your original booking date.
We take our customer’s safety very seriously and request once we have delivered and set up the equipment at your venue it can only be moved by a representative of PWC’s. At every equipment setup we ensure it is safe of trip hazards and secure. PWC cannot be held responsible for issues which occur as a result of moving, or the miss-use of the equipment at any time during your hire period.
