EQUIPMENT HIRE AGREEMENT

Thank you for booking with us for your party/event.

Please review the T&C's below and complete the form before signing at the bottom and submitting to secure your hire booking. 

Please Note: Hire Bookings will only be confirmed with both:

  1. A signed submission of this agreement (T&C's below)
     

  2. Payment of the agreed deposit amount
    (refundable upon safe return of all equipment)

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All goods for hire remain the property of Paddock Wood Cards (PWC).

 

  • Paddock Wood Cards reserves the right to take photographs of the hired equipment for promotional purposes – exceptions can be agreed in writing.

 

  • Under no circumstances can banners or decoration, bluetak, selotape or any other fixings be attached to the equipment.

  • Customers are not permitted to stand drinks on any equipment as this may result in staining and water damage. Any damage to PWC’s equipment caused by drinks or glasses will incur a charge. Missing items or damaged items (ie. Artificial flowers, Personalised signage disc, or misc props) will be charged at the full replacement value, we will not accept any substitute replacements.

Confirming your Booking

– Deposit & Payment

 

  • Equipment hire bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and the HIRE AGREEMENT has been signed.  Payment of the final balance is required no later than 48hrs before the event date, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing.

  • Payments can be made over the telephone 01892 836 888 (using credit/debit card), bank transfer, or with cash instore at our shop.

 

 

Damage Security Deposit (Refundable)

  • Paddock Wood Cards will require a Damage Security Deposit (amounts listed on our website (Hire Page).
    This deposit will be refunded upon safe return of hired equipment subject to there being no damage or loss.

  • If the Equipment is returned to us in bad repair, damaged, unclean or defective in any way then we are entitled to retain any security deposit which may have been paid by you to repair and/or replace the Equipment. You are liable for any additional costs that we may incur in repairing, cleaning or replacing the Equipment.

LATE Return of Equipment

The security deposit will NOT be refunded if the equipment is returned after the pre--agreed date of return. 

 

Booking Cancelation

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason your returnable security deposit WILL NOT be refunded.

You may reschedule your hire booking, subject to date availability - this must be agreed 48 hours before your original booking date.

Safety Information

 

We take our customer’s safety very seriously and request once we have delivered and set up the equipment at your venue it can only be moved by a representative of PWC’s.   At every equipment setup we ensure it is safe of trip hazards and secure.  PWC cannot be held responsible for issues which occur as a result of moving, or the miss-use of the equipment at any time during your hire period.
